You will guide learners through practical MEP concepts, demonstrate industry-standard BIM workflows, and help professionals develop technical skills applicable to real construction and engineering projects.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international learners, engineering professionals, and digital construction initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online training covering MEP engineering principles, BIM workflows, and digital construction practices.Explain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, engineering coordination, design workflows, and technical documentation.Develop or adapt lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations, exercises, and project-based learning materials.Provide practical guidance on BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, and project workflows.Demonstrate BIM and engineering software through realistic MEP design and coordination exercises.Guide learners through clash detection, model coordination, design development, and construction documentation scenarios.Review learner models, assignments, exercises, and project work and provide constructive feedback.Help learners develop efficient modeling practices, technical workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.Stay informed about BIM standards, MEP engineering practices, digital construction technologies, and industry developments.Collaborate with training and content teams to improve technical courses, learning materials, and practical exercises.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in MEP engineering, BIM, building services, construction design, or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of MEP systems, engineering coordination, technical documentation, and construction workflows.Practical knowledge of BIM methodologies, multidisciplinary coordination, and digital project delivery.Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or comparable BIM and engineering platforms.Previous experience in technical training, teaching, mentoring, coaching, or professional development is highly advantageous.Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners with different levels of experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.Professional, patient, adaptable, and comfortable delivering technical training independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and MEP/BIM training responsibilities.Exposure to international learners, engineering professionals, and digital construction projects.Opportunities to strengthen technical training, BIM instruction, engineering education, and professional development skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in MEP engineering and digital construction learning initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, practical learning, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
