MEP Design Manager (Mechanical) | Riyadh14-Month Contract | Hospitality ProjectWe are supporting a leading international consultancy with the appointment of an experienced MEP Design Manager (Mechanical) to join their Riyadh team on a 14-month contract, working on a prestigious hospitality project.About the RoleThe MEP Design Manager will take a key role in managing and coordinating the mechanical and wider MEP design function throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with the client, design teams, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of technical delivery, coordination and design quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the mechanical design and MEP coordination across the project.Oversee multidisciplinary design teams and ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical and other disciplines.Review and manage design deliverables from concept through detailed design and construction stages.Provide technical leadership and resolve complex design and coordination issues.Work closely with the client, project management teams and external stakeholders.Monitor programme, design quality, technical compliance and delivery against project requirements.Support design reviews, technical workshops and coordination meetings.Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards and Saudi requirements.About YouDegree-qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.Significant experience in MEP consultancy/design, with a strong mechanical bias.Proven experience in a Design Manager / MEP Design Manager / Mechanical Design Manager capacity.Strong experience delivering complex, high-value building projects.Hospitality, luxury residential, resort or VVIP project experience would be highly advantageous.Previous Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred.Strong multidisciplinary coordination and client-facing experience.Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.Contract Details
