Working at EvoBuild Constructions offers the opportunity to be part of complex, high-impact developments in the region while building a long-term career in the construction industry.Role Description The MEP Manager will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for construction projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring coordination between disciplines, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and managing MEP works, reviewing and approving designs, supervising installation and commissioning, and resolving technical issues on site. The MEP Manager will monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards, while optimizing resources and supporting procurement of materials and equipment. Daily responsibilities include attending coordination meetings, updating project documentation, providing technical guidance to the site team, and collaborating closely with project management, consultants, and clients.QualificationsMinimum 10 to 15 years of experience as a MEP Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Minimum 5 years in Abu Dhabi)Candidates should possess strong MEP Coordination skills, including managing interfaces between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Design, with the ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Candidates should possess solid Plumbing knowledge, including installation standards, testing procedures, and compliance with local codes.Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills for MEP materials and equipment, including vendor coordination and cost-conscious sourcing.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.Several years of experience in MEP management within the construction sector, preferably on large-scale building projects.Familiarity with relevant Abu Dhabi building codes, standards, and authority requirements.Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams.Proficiency in MEP-related software and standard office tools
