MEP Manager

Job Purpose:-To manage and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across the company’s construction projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance with approved drawings and specifications, adherence to safety standards, and timely project delivery within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP works across project sites.Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services installations.Review and coordinate MEP drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, applicable Saudi regulations, and relevant engineering standards.Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to resolve site conflicts.Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site engineering teams.Monitor project progress, material requirements, manpower, costs, and installation schedules.Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper execution of works.Supervise testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final handover of MEP systems.Prepare progress reports, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project deadlines.Qualifications and Experience:-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.10 - 15 years of relevant experience in MEP works within civil engineering, construction, or contracting companies.Strong experience in managing MEP activities for building, Fit-out and infrastructure projects.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and building services coordination.Familiarity with applicable Saudi regulations, engineering codes, quality standards, and safety requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant project management software.Experience in managing subcontractors, project teams, budgets, and construction schedules.Key Skills:-MEP project management and technical coordination.Leadership, team supervision, and decision-making.Planning, scheduling, and cost control.Problem-solving and conflict resolution.Quality assurance and safety management.Strong communication and coordination skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-Timely completion of MEP works according to project schedules.Compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.MEP cost control and budget compliance.Reduction in rework, defects, and installation errors.Timely completion of testing, commissioning, and handover.Effective coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.How to Apply:-📩 Send your cv to "careers@gmccksa.com" with the subject line "MEP Manager".
