MEP Manager - Design

This role exists to lead, manage, and coordinate all mechanical and electrical engineering design activities across ECEC's Riyadh HQ and Cairo Offshore operations, ensuring the delivery of technically rigorous, code-compliant MEP design solutions across all project work stages (CD, SD, DD, IFT, IFC) to achieve client satisfaction, commercial performance, and the highest professional engineering standards.This role further exists to build, develop, and retain a high-performing cross-location MEP engineering team, structured across both Riyadh and Cairo, supporting ECEC's strategic business expansion objectives by scaling engineering capacity, embedding quality assurance practices, and representing MEP interests at senior leadership and client levels.C - Dual MEP exposure is strongly preferred for this cross-discipline management roleProfessional Licenses / ChartershipsChartered Engineer (Registration in Saudi Council for Engineers) or equivalent professional registration (e.g., CIBSE, IET, ASHRAE, IMechE) – Required[RA1] Preferred Certifications

Demonstrated experience managing design delivery from Concept Design through IFC across commercial, residential, and mixed-use building typologies. Also, a minimum of 5 years in the GCC region and 3 years (can be concurrent with GCC region experience) in Saudi Arabia
