MEP Planning Engineer

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Planning Engineers (MEP) for a large-scale project in Dubai.Position SummaryWork as planning engineer on site, prepare and review baseline program together with main contractor, track and update program as per site condition, lead in identifying, recording delay events and submitting EOT.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development of MEP construction schedule.Prepare and submit cost loaded schedule for the project.Compile monthly status reports including the detailed activities, actual start and completion dates, percentage complete.Capture current status of the project including photos and compile the monthly progress report to client’s submission.Collate information relating to variances in the Baseline Program.Prepare program recovery measures as required to accelerate the construction progress to ensure that milestone and targets are met.Maintain the records of baseline program and activities and progress records and all other revised programs and activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical7+ years' of relevant work experience
