MEP Procurement Manager

We are looking for a commercially strong professional with deep knowledge of the Saudi MEP market, strong supplier relationships, and proven experience managing procurement activities from RFQ stage through negotiation, purchasing and delivery.Key Responsibilities* Manage procurement activities for MEP, HVAC and mechanical equipment.* Source and evaluate qualified local and international suppliers and manufacturers.* Issue and manage RFQs, quotations, technical-commercial comparisons and purchase orders.* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.* Coordinate closely with engineering, sales, projects and logistics teams.* Review project requirements, BOQs, specifications and procurement schedules.* Ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications and required delivery dates.* Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.* Monitor supplier performance, lead times and commercial commitments.* Support tendering and estimation teams with supplier quotations and market pricing.* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and technical compliance.* Maintain and continuously develop an approved supplier database.Mandatory Requirements* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEP Procurement.* Strong experience in HVAC, Mechanical and MEP equipment procurement.* Proven experience working with MEP Contractors, Main Contractors, HVAC companies or engineering companies.* Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and MEP market.* Strong experience in supplier sourcing, RFQ management, negotiation and commercial evaluation.* Ability to understand BOQs, technical specifications, submittals and project requirements.* Excellent negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.* Strong command of English.* Strong Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting skills.* Currently based in Saudi Arabia or with strong previous Saudi market experience.Preferred ExperienceExperience in procurement of:HVAC Equipment | Dehumidifiers | Humidity Control Systems | AHUs | FCUs | Ventilation Systems | Pumps | Heat Pumps | Solar Water Heating Systems | Mechanical EquipmentCandidates with only general procurement experience without MEP/HVAC exposure will not be considered.Preferred Candidate ProfilePreference will be given to candidates who:* Have an established network of MEP and HVAC suppliers in Saudi Arabia.* Have strong relationships with local distributors and international manufacturers.* Have experience supporting large commercial, hospitality, industrial or construction projects.* Can independently manage supplier negotiations and procurement strategies.* Have strong knowledge of local pricing, lead times and sourcing channels.If you have 10+ years of proven MEP procurement experience and strong knowledge of the Saudi HVAC and construction market, we would be pleased to hear from you.
