MEP Senior Project Manager

We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager - MEP to join a Tier-1 Contractor in the GCC, which is continuing to expand its footprint, delivering multiple high-value mixeduse development projects.This role offers long-term opportunities within a well-established contractor, offering strong career stability and room for progression.KEY REQUIREMENTSProven track record of leading MEP packages from design coordination through testing, commissioning, and handover on large mixeduse development projects.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects at a Tier-1 Contractor, preferably in the GCC.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.13+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.Strong knowledge of MEP contracts (FIDIC), commercial management, and claims and variations.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP or equivalent preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the full MEP delivery on the project from mobilisation to handover, ensuring it meets the programme, budget, and quality targets.Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, and performance monitoring.Coordinate MEP with civil, architectural, and structural teams through BIM/clash detection, shop drawings, and material approvals.Control MEP cost and programme: budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, progress reporting, and recovery plans.Oversee testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover, and act as the main MEP point of contact for the client, consultant, and internal management.
