MEP Storekeeper

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Storekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate stock and inventory records for MEP materials, equipment, and supplies.Receive, inspect, verify, label, and properly store incoming materials.Check deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the concerned supervisor.Issue and distribute materials to the project/site as per approved requirements.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock movements.Prepare regular stock and inventory reports and maintain all required documentation.Coordinate with the Purchase/Procurement team to fulfill material requirements.Coordinate with suppliers regarding material deliveries and follow up on outstanding deliveries.Ensure proper safeguarding and control of company materials, equipment, and assets.Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment and support minor store-related requirements.Maintain the store in a clean, organized, and safe condition in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably within MEP or electromechanical construction projects.Strong knowledge of MEP materials, tools, equipment, and construction site requirements.Hands-on experience in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and controlling MEP materials.Good knowledge of stock control, inventory records, and material documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
