Industry: Facilities Management / Operations & Maintenance Experience Required: 6+ yearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hard Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility hard services across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.The role is responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the smooth operation of facility assets.The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, proven leadership ability, and experience managing teams within Facilities Management or building operations environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam SupervisionSupervise and lead a team of 12–24 technicians and up to 2 foremen across multiple trades.Provide technical guidance, task allocation, and daily supervision of maintenance activities.Ensure proper workforce deployment and task execution across facility systems.Operations & MaintenanceOversee maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including:Electrical distribution systemsHVAC systemsPumps and water systemsPlumbing and piping networksLow current systemsCivil and finishing worksEnsure proper execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.Prepare and review method statements and work permits.Technical & Quality ControlMonitor work progress and verify quality of completed work.Support commissioning and handover of new installations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Ensure proper use of PPE and safety procedures.Planning & ReportingPlan manpower, materials, and equipment required for maintenance activities.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of spare parts.Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.Prepare reports on operational performance and propose corrective actions.Minimum QualificationsTechnical Diploma (3-year program) in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.Minimum 6–8 years experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance.At least 3 years in a supervisory role managing maintenance teams.Experience with MEP systems in commercial or residential facilities.Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance systems.Good command of English communication.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following environments are highly preferred:Facilities Management companiesHospitalsAirportsLarge commercial buildingsResidential compoundsGovernment facilitiesKey SkillsMEP maintenance supervisionPreventive maintenance planningFacilities management operationsTeam leadershipSafety complianceTechnical troubleshootingReporting and documentationInventory management
