MEP Supervisor

About the RoleResponsible to assist operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time. Assist in the supervision of all staff engaged in MEP delivery.ResponsibilitiesCost analysis and production of estimates / quotations as required.The responsibility for allocated work orders from commencement to completion.Plan and control the issue of work orders to the MEP technicians for completion.Directing the activities of respective teams.Monitoring and reporting on overall progress of allocated work orders.Adherence to all current company procedures and the IMS system.Adherence to the Quality Management System applied to the electrical department.Developing of relationships with all clients and potential new customers.Ensuring continuous improvement and drive for value for money.The production of the Periodic Progress Reports as required by the MEP Supervisor.Manpower planning.Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of contracts.Qualifications3 year Diploma is a must.Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.Required Skills6 - 8 years relevant experience.UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is a must.People Management Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem-Solving Skills.Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
