The ideal candidates should possess expertise in at least two MEP trades and have hands-on experience working in villa and residential maintenance. This role requires technicians who can independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential villas and commercial properties.Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across multiple MEP systems.Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations in any two of the following disciplines:Air Conditioning (HVAC)ElectricalPlumbingAttend service calls and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.Inspect MEP systems and recommend repair or replacement where required.Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality procedures.Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at client locations.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of UAE experience as an MEP/Multi-Skilled Technician.Previous experience with a facility management or maintenance company is mandatory.Must have expertise in any one of the following combinations:Air Conditioning + ElectricalElectrical + PlumbingAir Conditioning + PlumbingStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.Good knowledge of villa maintenance systems and residential MEP services.Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.Good spoken English.Well-groomed, reliable, and customer-oriented.Mandatory RequirementsValid UAE Driving Licence (Essential).Experience attending maintenance service calls independently.What We OfferIf the candidate possesses valid UAE Driving license there will be additional salary per month.Referral incentives. 60 days paid annual leave once in 2 years + Company provided air ticket for holiday to home country.Company visa and medical insurance.Co-sharing company accommodation with other colleagues.Company vehicle (as per role requirements).Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing facility management company.Professional and supportive work environment.
