We work with architects, consultants and contractors to reduce site clashes, rework and cost through reliable digital design.Role OverviewWe are looking for an MEPF BIM Coordinator to lead the modelling and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection services. You will make sure models are clash-free, meet project standards, and are delivered on time, while guiding modellers and working closely with clients and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate MEPF models with architectural and structural models to deliver clash-free designsRun clash detection in Navisworks, prepare clash reports, and lead resolution with the team and stakeholdersDevelop and review MEPF models in Revit to the required LOD (300 / 350 / 400 / 500)Prepare coordinated shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), sections and builder's work drawings (BWD)Check models against BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards and ISO 19650 requirementsAllocate work to BIM modellers, review their output, and maintain quality and deadlinesAttend coordination meetings (virtual and in person) and track RFIs and open issuesManage model sharing and version control through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction CloudExtract quantities and schedules (BOQ) from models when requiredSupport as-built model updates and handover documentation.Required SkillsStrong command of Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage and AutoCADWorking knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems, and their installation clearancesFamiliarity with international and Indian codes (NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC or similar)Experience with BIM 360 / ACC and a common data environmentAbility to read and interpret MEP design drawings and specificationsGood communication skills in English for client coordinationTeam-handling and time-management skillsPreferred: Experience on international projects (US, UK, Middle East, Australia); knowledge of Dynamo, Revizto or BIM Track; Autodesk certification.QualificationB.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceExposure to national and international projectsGrowth path towards BIM Manager rolesA collaborative, learning-focused work environment.How to ApplySend your updated CV and a portfolio of MEPF BIM work to info@acurabim.comSubject line: Application – MEPF BIM Coordinator
