Merchandise Co-Ordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of full product life cycle from allocation to full-price stores, through to off-price and liquidationProvide weekly sales and inventory reports to the wider business, taking appropriate action to replenish and redistribute stock to maximise salesOwnership of the Delivery Schedule, working closely with the Merchandisers and Production Team to ensure stock is delivered to store according to plan, and communicated to the wider businessLiaise with the Distribution Centre, Stock & Logistics Specialist, and stores to ensure stock levels are accurate across all systemsProvide replenishment forecasts to the Distribution CentreUpload and maintain accurate prices on the systems, including markdowns for full and off-price stores, in line with seasonal strategyMonitor continuity lines and reorder where appropriateSupport Ecommerce and Customer Service Team as requiredProduce seasonal collection guides for retail training, and communicating any changes to the storesContribute to the company’s sustainability objectivesAttend cross departmental meetings, and execute tasks as requiredSupport with team projects, and ad hoc adminRole RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a similar roleConfident communicator with strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skillsAcute attention to detailStrong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, look ups etc)Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordinglyExperience with SAP/ RMIS/ Supply Stream/ Shopify is advantageousThe Ideal CandidateStrong connection with our brand identityProactive and a ‘can do’ attitudeAbility to build strong stakeholder relationshipsA good team player
