Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & ExecutionEnsure product availability through effective stock replenishment and FIFO rotation.Maintain shelves, displays, coolers, pricing, and POSM according to company standards.Maximize product visibility and shelf share across assigned outlets.Sales & Field ExecutionExecute all merchandising and promotional programs within the assigned route.Support sales growth by maintaining excellent in-store execution and outlet coverage.Operations & ReportingMonitor stock levels, minimize out-of-stock and expiry issues.Maintain accurate route records and report market observations.Customer EngagementBuild strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.Coordinate with supervisors to ensure effective execution in the market.RequirementsHigh School Certificate (Diploma preferred).1–2 years of experience in the Beverage, FMCG, or related industry.Arabic & English communication skills.Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to lift 10–15 kg and work in a field environment.Key Points for ApplicantsField-based role focused on merchandising excellence and product availability.Responsible for shelf execution, stock rotation, pricing, and brand visibility.Requires daily outlet visits and adherence to company merchandising standards.
