This role is a unique blend of strategy and hands-on where you can make a high impact on our business. Some merchandisers support one product or one channel at Authentic Egypt you get to be involved in all our products and all our channels that include Buyer, Direct, and Manufacturers.This position works with a variety of cross-functional teams & will interact with a variety of Individuals. This is an opportunity to have a high impact and work with a great team.Responsibilities Merchandising Manage line plan changes and communication to cross-functional departmentsConduct competitive benchmarking, product research including shopping the market, and price analysis to support the development of seasonal assortment plansAnalyze product performance against plan and make recommendations to increase salesProactively seek out new opportunities to grow the business and support the Merchant team with the execution of corporate projectsResponsible for timely workflow of deliverables and timelines, building strong partnerships with cross-functional team members and brand counterpartsQualifications2-5 years of previous garment export experience (in a similar role)Strong Analytical skills and the ability to follow-upStrong memory and attention to detailHard-working and can work under pressureStrong English skills (Writing)Solid math skillsExperienced in ExcelPossess a strong sense of urgency along with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, building strong working relationships with cross-functional teamsAbility to multitask and adjust to shifting company prioritiesBachelor's Degree is a must (Preferably a Business, Media, Fashion, or Computer Science Major)Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordNote: This job description is not meant to be all-inclusive.
