Merchandiser

Role Description The Merchandiser role at Champs Land is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu rawash,Giza , Egypt. This role involves tracking inventory levels, contact suppliers to meet the client’s needs. The Merchandiser will collaborate with production team and development team to support the clients needs, analyze sales data, and adjust product placement and stock accordingly. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring customer preferences, preparing reports, supporting pricing decisions, and working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize product flow and customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and respond to customer needs and feedback.Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand product performance, drive revenue, and manage merchandising in a store environment.Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional activities, visual merchandising, and brand positioning for sportswear products.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze sales and inventory data.Interest in sportswear and active lifestyles, with an understanding of current fashion and sports trends.level of english B1 is required to be able to connect with international customers. has to be able to understand and read tech packs.Ability to work on-site full-time in abu rawash, Egypt, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sportswear is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
