Job Title: Gourmet Sales & Service Associate

Location: Dubai, UAEAbout Us: Join our new premium gelato, dates and gourmet retail branch in Dubai, offering high-quality products to a diverse international clientele.Position Overview: We seek an experienced Gourmet Sales & Service Associate with strong sales, visual merchandising and customer service skills.

The role combines premium food retail sales with hands-on gelato and coffee service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer sales and provide product recommendations across gourmet food and retail items.- Prepare and serve gelato, coffee and selected food and beverage products.- Maintain attractive product displays and strong visual merchandising standards.- Support stock replenishment, promotions and daily store presentation.- Assist with upselling and creating a premium customer experience.- Monitor customer feedback, purchasing patterns and emerging trends to recommend improvements to the product range and support the development of new or seasonal items.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in premium gourmet retail, confectionery, specialty food, café or F&B.- Proven visual merchandising experience with examples of previous product displays.- Strong customer-facing sales, upselling and service skills.- Hands-on experience in coffee preparation, gelato service or similar food-service operations.- Proven experience contributing to product selection, assortment development or menu/product-range improvements based on customer feedback, sales performance and market trends.- Experience in high-traffic malls, tourist destinations or premium retail locations is preferred.- Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.We welcome applicants from well-established premium gourmet and F&B brands, particularly those with strong experience in visual merchandising, customer-facing sales and high-traffic tourism-focused retail stores.
