Job ResponsibilitiesManage the full merchandising cycle from product development through bulk production and shipmentLiaise with suppliers and factories to ensure customer requirements on cost, quality, and delivery are metPrepare presentation and costing materials for buyer meetings and buying trips, including sample styles, pricing, and supplier / factory informationCoordinate closely with internal teams including Design, Technical, Production, QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth order executionMonitor order progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issuesPerform other ad hoc duties as assignedJob RequirementsDiploma or above in Fashion, Textiles, or related disciplines5–8 years+ of solid garment merchandising experience, preferably in a trading firmProven experience handling product development, costing, and supplier negotiation independentlyWoven/Knits/Denim categories are welcome; exposure to the US market is an advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPointGood command of spoken and written EnglishAble to work independently, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented
