Merchandiser - Tagalog Speaking Required

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement attractive product displays and layouts in stores, kiosks.Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.Monitor product presentation, cleanliness, and display consistency across locations.Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute promotions and new launches.Plan and install visual setups for new store openings, pop-ups, and events.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual execution and make improvements.Maintain visual standards and update displays based on stock levels and customer feedback.Train store staff on visual merchandising basics and display maintenance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor visual strategies.Manage display tools, props, and in-store branding materials.Requirements:2+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising (perfume, fashion, or luxury preferred)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to travel between store locations as neededValid United Arab Emirates driving license preferred.
