WE’RE HIRINGMerchandising & Commercial Manager📍 Yangon, Myanmar 💼 Full-time | Resident ExpatIndustry: Apparel / Garment Manufacturing (CMP / CMT)Reports to: Factory Manager / Managing DirectorABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Merchandising & Commercial Manager to lead our merchandising and commercial operations. The role will connect international buyers, raw material suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow and profitable order execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the merchandising process from product development and sample approval to costing and final shipment.- Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics for materials and finished goods.- Manage relationships with international buyers and suppliers, including price, lead-time, and terms negotiation.- Oversee fabric consumption, CMP/CMT costing, and budgeting to support healthy margins.- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Planning to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Garment Merchandising and Commercial/Logistics within a CMP/CMT environment.- Strong English and Chinese communication skills.- Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, international shipping, and ERP/merchandising systems.- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.- Willingness to relocate and adapt to the working environment in Myanmar.READY TO JOIN US?Send your updated CV in English, current & expected salary, and earliest availability to:📩 mgt-mkpg@myanmarkpower.comOr apply directly via this platform.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.#WeAreHiring#WinLand#Merchandising#CommercialManager#GarmentManufacturing#CareerOpportunity#MyanmarJobs
