WIN LAND CO., LTD. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Merchandising Manager to join our Merchandising Department.PositionMerchandising Manager📍 Yangon, Myanmar💼 Full-Time | 1 Vacancy🌏 Open to: Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Hong Kong, Chinese & Thai candidates🕐 Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM📋 Probation: 3 MonthsKey Responsibilities• Manage customer and buyer communications, inquiries, negotiations, and order confirmations• Review garment costing and quotations and improve profitability• Coordinate sample approvals and production requirements• Manage import/export documentation, shipment schedules, and logistics• Coordinate with Production, PPC, QA, Warehouse, and Finance teams• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time shipment• Resolve customer issues and maintain strong buyer relationships• Develop merchandising and commercial strategies and support buyer acquisitionRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or a related field• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing• 3–5 years of managerial-level experience• Experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing and international buyer management• Strong knowledge of CMP, CMT, FOB & OEM business models• Experience with import/export documentation• Business-level English & Chinese – written and spoken• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and production reporting systems📍 Work Location:WIN LAND CO., LTD.No. 58, The Corner of Mya Khwar Nyo Street & Mya Tharaphi Street,Mya Sein Yaung Industrial Zone, Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon, MyanmarIf you have strong experience in garment merchandising and are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply.#Hiring #WeAreHiring #MerchandisingManager #GarmentManufacturing #GarmentIndustry #Merchandising #YangonJobs #MyanmarJobs #CareerOpportunity #GarmentJobs
