We are looking for a versatile professional who can support merchant administration, yacht charter coordination, and warehouse activities.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Merchant Service Clerk / Yacht Charter Assistant / Warehouse Helper to support merchant-service administration, customer requests, yacht charter bookings, documentation, warehouse records, inventory activities, and logistics coordination.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing transactions, reservations, supplier communication, inventory records, and operational documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with merchant-service administration, account records, transaction documentation, and routine customer requests.Maintain accurate merchant profiles, registration details, service records, correspondence, and supporting documentation.Review merchant forms, invoices, transaction reports, settlement information, and account documentation for completeness.Assist with processing approved merchant-service requests, account updates, service changes, and administrative inquiries.Track payment-processing issues, transaction discrepancies, service requests, and outstanding actions.Coordinate with merchants, customers, finance teams, payment-service providers, banks, and internal departments.Maintain accurate records of transactions, settlements, refunds, chargeback documentation, and related correspondence where applicable.Escalate suspicious transactions, unauthorized activity, financial discrepancies, or compliance concerns to authorized personnel.Protect confidential merchant, customer, banking, financial, and commercial information.Assist with yacht charter inquiries, reservations, scheduling, itinerary coordination, and customer communications.Collect and organize approved charter requirements, passenger information, booking details, preferences, and supporting documents.Coordinate with yacht operators, captains, marinas, travel providers, catering teams, transportation companies, and approved suppliers.Prepare booking confirmations, itineraries, guest lists, schedules, invoices, payment records, and charter documentation.Monitor booking changes, cancellations, special requests, departure times, marina arrangements, and outstanding requirements.Assist with pre-charter and post-charter administrative checklists and customer follow-up.Provide professional assistance to clients, guests, VIPs, and charter participants throughout the booking process.Maintain accurate yacht, supplier, customer, reservation, and itinerary records.Escalate safety, weather, marine, legal, payment, or operational matters to the appropriate authorized personnel.Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, labeling, and dispatching warehouse goods and materials.Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and approved inventory records.Record item descriptions, product codes, quantities, units, condition, storage locations, and receipt dates.Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, staging, transfers, returns, and dispatch activities according to established procedures.Conduct routine stock counts and assist with reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.Identify damaged, missing, expired, incorrectly delivered, or excess items and report discrepancies promptly.Maintain warehouse stock registers, inventory trackers, delivery records, dispatch documentation, and discrepancy logs.Assist with barcode scanning, labeling, shelving, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, freight providers, purchasing, logistics, finance, and operations teams.Monitor stock levels and notify purchasing or warehouse supervisors when replenishment is required.Assist with equipment and material allocation, returns, transfers, and basic condition checks.Prepare routine reports covering merchant-service activity, yacht bookings, warehouse movements, inventory levels, and outstanding tasks.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for merchant, charter, customer, supplier, warehouse, and logistics documentation.Support internal audits, transaction reviews, inventory counts, service-quality checks, and documentation requests.Follow company policies, financial controls, customer-service standards, marine-service procedures, warehouse controls, workplace safety requirements, data-protection standards, and applicable UAE regulations.Identify opportunities to improve merchant support, charter coordination, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, Tourism, Maritime Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in merchant services, financial administration, yacht charter, hospitality, warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred.Experience across two or more of merchant administration, yacht charter coordination, warehouse support, or logistics operations is advantageous.Strong understanding of customer service, transaction documentation, reservations, inventory control, and operational records.Familiarity with yacht charter, marina operations, marine tourism, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, or Russian are advantageous.Professional, organized, approachable, and customer-focused manner.Exceptional attention to detail when handling transactions, charter bookings, customer information, inventory quantities, and logistics records.Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage changing customer requirements and operational deadlines calmly.Strong communication, numerical, observation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, inventory, payment, and booking systems.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, Odoo, or comparable platforms is advantageous.Familiarity with warehouse-management systems, barcode scanners, payment platforms, yacht-management software, reservation systems, or logistics portals is advantageous.UAE or GCC experience in luxury hospitality, marine tourism, retail, logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, financial services, or corporate operations is advantageous.Finance, hospitality, maritime, logistics, inventory, customer-service, or administrative certifications are advantageous but not
