experienced Merchant Service Clerk / Yacht Charter Assistant / Warehouse Helper to support merchant account administration, transaction documentation, yacht charter bookings, guest coordination, inventory records, receiving, dispatch, and general operational activities.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing financial-service records, luxury travel requests, warehouse documentation, suppliers, and multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine merchant-service administration and approved merchant account requests.Maintain accurate merchant profiles, application records, service requests, transaction references, and supporting documentation.Review approved merchant information for completeness and consistency before processing or forwarding requests.Enter and update merchant information accurately within authorized CRM, payment, banking, ERP, or service-management systems.Assist with merchant onboarding documentation, account updates, terminal requests, payment-service inquiries, and administrative follow-ups.Maintain records of merchant applications, service tickets, transaction inquiries, terminal assignments, and outstanding requests.Assist with routine payment, settlement, refund, chargeback, and transaction-related documentation where authorized.Coordinate with merchants, finance teams, payment providers, banks, customer service, and internal operations teams.Track unresolved merchant requests, rejected submissions, missing documents, service issues, and processing delays.Prepare routine merchant-service reports, registers, summaries, and administrative updates.Maintain confidentiality of merchant, customer, transaction, payment, financial, and commercial information.Escalate suspicious transactions, unauthorized requests, significant discrepancies, compliance concerns, or complex payment issues to authorized personnel.Follow applicable KYC, AML, data-protection, information-security, and payment-processing procedures.Assist with yacht charter inquiries, reservations, schedules, guest requirements, and approved charter arrangements.Maintain accurate records of yacht availability, charter dates, destinations, passenger details, booking references, preferences, and service requirements.Prepare and distribute approved charter itineraries, booking confirmations, schedules, quotations, and guest information.Coordinate with yacht operators, captains, crew, marinas, agents, caterers, transportation providers, and other approved service partners.Assist with booking amendments, cancellations, rescheduling, special requests, and customer follow-ups.Track deposits, approved payments, invoices, booking documentation, and outstanding charter requirements.Assist with guest arrival arrangements, marina information, transportation coordination, catering requests, onboard amenities, and approved activities.Maintain professional communication with charter clients, VIP guests, yacht representatives, suppliers, and service providers.Verify required charter documentation and ensure information is complete before forwarding it to the appropriate team.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for charter bookings, guest information, supplier records, invoices, and correspondence.Handle customer questions professionally and escalate safety, emergency, legal, or complex operational matters appropriately.Protect confidential guest, payment, passport, travel, booking, and commercial information.Assist with receiving, checking, labeling, organizing, and storing warehouse goods, supplies, equipment, and materials.Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and approved inventory records.Check product descriptions, item codes, quantities, packaging, serial or batch numbers, and visible condition.Record stock receipts, transfers, issues, returns, dispatches, and inventory adjustments accurately.Maintain stock cards, inventory registers, warehouse logs, location records, and movement trackers.Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory reconciliations.Identify damaged, missing, incorrect, expired, or excess items and report discrepancies promptly.Prepare approved products, equipment, supplies, and materials for dispatch, delivery, customer orders, or internal requests.Assist with picking, packing, labeling, barcode scanning, shelving, stock rotation, and warehouse organization.Coordinate with procurement, purchasing, logistics providers, suppliers, finance, sales, yacht operations, and warehouse teams.Monitor stock levels and notify relevant personnel of low-stock or replenishment requirements.Assist with courier collections, deliveries, returns, rejected shipments, and reverse-logistics documentation.Maintain safe, clean, organized, and accessible storage areas and follow appropriate handling procedures.Track warehouse movements and ensure inventory records remain consistent with physical stock.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering merchant services, yacht-charter activity, warehouse movements, inventory levels, and outstanding tasks.Maintain organized electronic and physical records for merchant, customer, charter, supplier, inventory, and warehouse documentation.Support internal audits, merchant-service reviews, charter documentation checks, inventory counts, and operational quality assessments.Protect confidential customer, merchant, financial, guest, supplier, and commercial information.Follow company financial controls, customer-service standards, charter procedures, inventory policies, workplace safety requirements, data-protection standards, and applicable UAE regulations.Escalate significant financial discrepancies, customer complaints, safety concerns, security incidents, inventory variances, or operational problems promptly.Identify opportunities to improve merchant support, charter coordination, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, customer experience, and operational workflows.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Hospitality, Maritime Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in merchant services, payment operations, customer service, yacht charter, hospitality, warehouse administration, logistics, or operations is preferred.Experience across two or more of merchant administration, payment services, yacht-charter coordination, luxury hospitality, warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is advantageous.Strong understanding of merchant services, customer administration, charter coordination, inventory records, warehouse procedures, and document control.Familiarity with payment processing, merchant onboarding, transaction administration, KYC/AML procedures, or financial-service operations is advantageous.Familiarity with yacht charter operations, marina services, guest logistics, vessel documentation, or luxury travel is advantageous.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, or Russian are advantageous.Professional, polished, reliable, discreet, approachable, and customer-focused manner.Exceptional attention to detail when handling transaction records, merchant information, booking details, inventory quantities, and warehouse documentation.Strong numerical, coordination, observation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP, payment, booking, and inventory systems.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, filters, and reconciliation techniques, are advantageous.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo, NetSuite, or comparable systems is advantageous.Familiarity with payment-service platforms, merchant portals, yacht-charter management systems, marina platforms, WMS, barcode systems, or asset-management tools is advantageous.UAE or GCC experience in fintech, banking, payment services, luxury hospitality, yachting, tourism, logistics, warehousing, retail, or corporate services is advantageous.Banking, payments, hospitality, maritime, logistics, inventory, or administrative certifications are advantageous but not required.
