🗂 We’re Hiring: Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and commercially focused Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist to support the evaluation, execution, and management of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. This role will work closely with senior management, finance teams, legal advisors, investors, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and support successful transactions.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate potential merger, acquisition, divestiture, and strategic investment opportunities.• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor analysis, and target company assessments.• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, transaction scenarios, and investment cases.• Perform financial, commercial, operational, and strategic analysis of potential acquisition targets.• Support due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, operational, legal, and organizational reviews.• Prepare transaction proposals, investment memorandums, management presentations, and board materials.• Analyze company financial statements, business performance, revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and valuation metrics.• Support deal structuring, transaction negotiations, pricing analysis, and financial planning.• Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, accountants, consultants, and other external transaction advisors.• Maintain transaction timelines, documentation, due diligence trackers, and deal-related information.• Monitor potential targets, market developments, industry trends, and competitive activity.• Support negotiations with target companies, shareholders, investors, and strategic partners.• Assist with transaction execution, closing activities, and post-transaction requirements.• Support post-merger integration planning, including organizational, financial, operational, and process integration.• Identify synergies, cost-saving opportunities, revenue opportunities, and value-creation initiatives.• Prepare financial and strategic reports for senior management and executive leadership.• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive transaction, financial, and corporate information.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related field.• Strong understanding of M&A processes, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction multiples.• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and business performance analysis.• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience working with investment banks, financial advisors, legal teams, investors, or senior executives is preferred.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Experience with financial databases, business intelligence, or financial modeling platforms is an advantage.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally.• Ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Banking, or a related field is preferred.• MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional qualification is an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to work on high-value mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.• Exposure to corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and business transformation.• Opportunity to work directly with senior executives, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors.• Career progression into Senior M&A Specialist, M&A Manager, Investment Banking Associate, Corporate Development Manager, M&A Director, Corporate Development Director, or Head of M&A roles.• A high-performance, analytical, and commercially focused working environment.• Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
