Mergers and Acquisitions Director

Job PurposeLead the company’s M&A strategy and transactions, driving strategic growth through acquisitions, mergers, investments, and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the M&A strategy and transaction pipeline.Identify, assess, and prioritize potential M&A opportunities.Lead end-to-end transactions, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.Develop financial models, business cases, and investment recommendations.Lead negotiations with shareholders, investors, targets, and advisors.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR, and other functions throughout transactions.Manage investment banks, legal advisors, consultants, and other external partners.Lead post-merger integration and monitor synergies and value creation.Prepare and present M&A proposals and recommendations to Executive Management and the Board.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is preferred.10+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.Strong experience in M&A transactions, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations.Strong strategic, financial, commercial, and leadership skills.Proven experience managing complex transactions and senior stakeholders.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
