Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

We are pleased to be partnering a high-growth healthcare platform headquartered in Singapore to appoint a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lead into the organisation. Incubated by among the most prestigious investment firm on the market, our client is on a mission to transform healthcare accessibility and affordability. With an established presence across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, they are scaling rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the incoming will be the linchpin of the inorganic growth strategy. This is not a back-office modelling role—you will be embedded in live transactions from origination through to integration, working cross-functionally with internal leadership and external advisors to execute deals that directly define the company's future.Lead End-to-End Execution: Project-manage the full deal lifecycle (LOI to signing), coordinating legal, financial, and operational workstreams.Drive Strategic Insights: Conduct rigorous due diligence, assess complex risks, and build robust financial models to support investment decisions.Influence at the Top: Prepare high-impact investment memorandums and present strategic narratives directly to the CEO, Board, and investment committee.Build the Pipeline: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets across countries/regions.Maximise Value: Support post-merger integration planning to ensure seamless transitions and deliver on the deal thesis.Ideal CandidateExperienced: At least 8 years in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity.Qualified: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA/CFA is a strong advantage).Technically Sharp: Expert in financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, and due diligence.A Project Leader: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver under pressure.Healthcare-Savvy: Experience in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services is highly preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong appetite to learn.Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility and a "builder" mindset are critical.Janard LiewPrincipal Consultant - Executive SearchEmail: janard@evolute.sgPersonnel Registration Number: R21100704
