Position: Senior MERN Stack DeveloperExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift timings: 1 PM- 10 PMLocation- MohaliAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our development team.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js, with proven experience building secure, scalable web applications, dashboards, backend systems, and third-party API integrations.Preferred Domain ExperienceCandidates with experience developing pharma, healthcare, medical, patient-management, or other healthcare technology products will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly applications using React.js.Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.Design and manage databases using MongoDB or MySQL.Develop business and analytics dashboards with KPIs, charts, reports, filters, and data visualisations.Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, and external systems.Develop secure API integrations with appropriate authentication and authorisation mechanisms.Build automated workflows using APIs and webhooks.Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimised for performance.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.Participate in application architecture, technical planning, deployment, and maintenance.Required Technical SkillsFrontend5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Experience with React Hooks, state management, reusable components, and responsive UI development.Experience developing complex dashboards and data-driven interfaces.BackendStrong experience with Node.js.Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of API architecture and backend application design.Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, and API keys.Experience working with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.DatabaseStrong experience with MongoDB or MySQL.Experience with database schema design, queries, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimisation.Understanding of data security and access control.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Equivalent professional experience and strong technical expertise will also be considered.Key SkillsMERN Stack | React.js | Node.js | MongoDB | MySQL | REST APIs | Webhooks | Third-Party API Integration | Dashboard Development | Secure Web Applications
