Job SummaryResponsibility for assigned technical areas in systems supporting car manufacturing- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Integrated Quality Inspection System (IQIS)Key RequirementSystem Support, Monitoring & ImprovementMES/IQIS systems responsibility and troubleshooting to maintain assigned Information Systems running smoothly across all shopsContinuous monitoring of MES terminals, production data, MES web, MES server, and network; come up with new ways of monitoringCheck systems regularly and report malfunctions as needed; solve non-standard situations in cooperation with external companies when necessaryMES system processes support, monitor and improvement; analyzing techniques and problems to provide technical support and solutionsSoftware Development & System ConfigurationMES System Configuration, including User Management, User Training, and equipment configuration for the MES networkManagement of assigned MES Projects, generating ideas for system improvement and developing detailed plans, procedures, and processes based on analyses and requirementsResponsibility for providing functional support for implementation of MES software solutionsCollaboration, Integration & AdministrationCooperate with all HMMME departments, IT vendors/service providers, and consulting companies for system optimizationConsult with key users of MES/IQIS systems and collaborate with developers, IT Team, and business users for comprehensive system supportPerform purchasing duties for hardware, software, and services as needed to complete tasks/projects; advise and train assigned IT department members and usersPrepare regular reports and data requested by company management; maintain responsibility for assigned technical areas in systems supporting car manufacturingExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in managing, operating, supporting, or implementing Enterprise Systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, or similar business applicationsExperience in business requirements analysis and vendor managementQualificationsPractical experience with technologies: ASP.NET (C#), CSS/HTML, .NET Framework (C#), .NET MAUI (C#), EPAS (PostgreSQL), or TiberoStrong hardware and software troubleshooting skillsExperience in System AdministrationStrong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new skillsOptimistic proactive approaches to solving tasksActively increase own IT qualifications through self-study and trainings provided by employerPerform administrative, security, and monitoring tasks as assigned by supervisor
