Role: OEE Technical Lead/ MES Technical LeadLocation: Onsite – La Verne, CAResponsibilities:Lead technical implementation of digital OEE solutions, collaborating with vendors, integration teams, and site-level automation teams on solution designBring strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvementDesign and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms (AWS) and enterprise infrastructureCollaborate cross-functionally with business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teamsSupport integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation — design specs, architecture docs, SOPsEnsure compliance with IT standards, security, and data governance requirementsSupport system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on configuration, delivery, and issue resolutionIdentify risks and dependencies; lead mitigation for successful implementationIdeal Candidate Profile:Strong OEE/manufacturing performance domain expertiseHands-on experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and enterprise IT integrationMES, IoT, and data historian integration experience (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Ignition, Wonderware, Parsec)Manufacturing IT/OT convergence backgroundStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsComfortable with technical documentation and compliance/security standardsLooking forward to your response.Email: harsha.jakheriya@nexinfo.com
