Mandatory: Must be based in Manila, Cebu, Cavite or DavaoSalary: 90,000 PHP per month What You’ll Be Responsible ForCampaign Creation & StrategyBuild, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (lead gen, conversion, retargeting, custom funnels).Craft angles, hooks, and creatives aligned with real market psychology.Develop testing roadmaps — headlines, creatives, audiences, bidding models.Set up proper structure from Day 1: naming, rules, tracking, exclusions.Performance OptimizationScale winners aggressively while protecting MER/CPA.Diagnose performance drops with speed: attribution, creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking issues, learning phase resets.Maintain crystal-clear optimization logs — what you tested, why, and what happened.Data & TrackingConfigure and manage Meta Pixel, Aggregated Event Measurement, CAPI, offline conversions.Build clear dashboards and weekly performance reports.Understand funnel metrics deeply: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPM, LTV.Creative DirectionWork with designers/editors to produce scroll-stopping creatives.Initiate new concepts based on data, not opinions.Identify fatigue early and refresh ad sets before performance drops.Process ReliabilityFollow SOPs for QA, launch, optimization, scaling, and reporting.Keep campaigns compliant and avoid unnecessary account risks.Communicate proactively — no surprises, ever.Requirements4+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience managing real budgetsPerforming landing page split tests with CRO techniques appliedProven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets and scaling campaigns profitably.Deep understanding of Meta’s algorithm, learning phases, and current best practices.Strong analytical mindset — decisions driven by data, not guesses.Creative thinker with the ability to generate angles, hooks, and ad concepts.Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.Familiar with CAPI solutions, tracking hygiene, and troubleshooting.Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, AI Tool workflows, CRO & Landing Page Development
