قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWho we areRed Bananas is a full-service digital and creative agency with global reach, headquartered in Jeddah. We run performance marketing, SEO, media buying, and premium bilingual (Arabic/English) creative for clients across real estate, automotive, sports, and retail, rooted in KSA and working across regions and continents. We don't ship deliverables and hope. We build systems, track everything live, and defend our numbers to clients. Our work sits at the point where strategy, media spend, data, and design meet. If a campaign underperforms, we know why by the end of the day, not the end of the month. How we work togetherWe're a team that likes working together. People here help each other out, share what they learn, and grow into bigger roles, because we'd rather promote from within than hire over someone's head. We work hard for our clients, but not by burning our own people out. You'll get real ownership, real support, and managers who care whether you're learning and doing well, not just whether the report went out on time. We hire good people and give them the room to become great ones. The roleThis is a senior, hands-on seat. You'll own the performance and media-buying work for your accounts end-to-end (the strategy, the campaigns, and the results), and you'll build and lead a team of junior performance marketers who execute alongside you. You report to the Head of Performance & Media Buying.Junior marketers under you means you're teaching as much as delivering. You set the standard, review their work, catch the mistakes, and grow them into good marketers while the accounts still hit their numbers. So this is a player-coach seat: senior enough to set the strategy, present it to clients, and be the person they trust, and hands-on enough to open the analytics yourself, run the campaign, read the data, and know when a number is wrong. What you'll do• Own the performance and media-buying results for your accounts: the targets, the spend, and whether they hit.• Run the campaigns yourself: build them, optimize them, and stay close enough to the numbers to fix what's slipping.• Lead and develop a team of junior performance marketers. Set the standard, review their work, catch the mistakes, and grow them.• Face clients directly: present strategy and results, defend the numbers, and be the senior person they trust in the room.• Build media plans (channel mix, budget splits, bundling, and pacing) and know the reasoning behind every line.• Set up and manage the measurement layer: conversions, tracking, and campaigns across the platforms, done properly so the data is clean.• Do the actual analysis. Find the correlations, run the regressions, separate signal from noise, and turn it into a decision, not just a chart.• Use AI (Claude and similar) to move faster across drafting, analysis, reporting, and building whatever custom tool the job needs.• Keep every account tracked live and reported honestly, so we always know where we stand. What you needMentality• Critical thinking: you question the brief, spot what doesn't add up, and reason from first principles instead of running the playbook on autopilot.• Agile ownership: you take a problem and run with it. You don't wait to be told, and you don't hand it back half-done.• Comfort with fast, changing work. We live in an agile world; the plan shifts and you shift with it.AI & tools fluency• You already use AI tools like Claude in your workflow to expedite the work, and can show how.• Fluent across the performance stack: Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and the ad platforms.• You can set up conversions, tracking, and campaigns end-to-end yourself, not just brief someone else to.Client & strategy• You can face clients and present your work: clearly, confidently, and in a way that holds up to pushback.• You can build media plans from objective to channel mix to budget.Analysis• Real analytical ability: linear regression, finding correlations, reading data properly, and pulling the decision out of it.Language• Comfortable working bilingually in Arabic and English. Most of our clients and work run across both.Nice to have• A grip on marketing overall, not just performance. What marketing is actually for, how buying and bundling work, how media gets planned and priced. If you understand the whole picture and not only the paid-media slice, that moves you up the list.• Agency experience, ideally in KSA/GCC.• A track record of managing people, not just campaigns.
