This role is ideal for candidates with a Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline and 1 to 2 years of pharmaceutical microbiology experience. The successful candidate will perform routine microbiological testing of pharmaceutical products and raw materials, including endotoxin testing and USP compendial methods. Responsibilities include sample analysis, media preparation, environmental monitoring, documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to cGMP and laboratory quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform microbiological testing of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and environmental samplesConduct Endotoxin testing using established laboratory proceduresExecute USP methods including USP , USP , and USP Prepare microbiological media, reagents, and test materialsFollow aseptic techniques and laboratory disinfection proceduresPerform environmental monitoring activities as requiredDocument testing activities in compliance with cGMP requirements and laboratory SOPsRecord results accurately in laboratory notebooks, LIMS, and related systemsSupport laboratory quality activities, including: Media qualificationsEquipment calibration and maintenanceIncubator monitoringSterilization proceduresLaboratory housekeepingSchedule testing activities to meet turnaround times and project deadlinesReview technical references and compendial methods as neededSupport sample receipt, data entry, and routine laboratory administrative tasksRequired Qualifications EducationBachelors degree in Microbiology or BiologyExperience1 to 2 years of pharmaceutical microbiology experienceHands-on experience performing Endotoxin Testing (LAL)Direct experience with USP , USP , and USP testing methodsExperience working in a GMP or cGMP regulated laboratory environmentUnderstanding of aseptic technique and microbiological laboratory practicesExperience documenting laboratory activities according to SOPs and regulatory requirements
