This is a full-time, on-site position based in Latur, requiring consistent presence in the laboratory and participation in quality improvement activities.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Microbiology knowledge and practical experience in clinical or industrial microbiology.Candidates should possess core Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, culture techniques, and sterile procedures.Candidates should possess proficiency with Laboratory Equipment, including operation, maintenance, and calibration of instruments.Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of test results.Candidates should possess familiarity with Quality Assurance practices, including documentation, compliance with protocols, and regulatory standards.Relevant academic qualification such as a degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to interpret microbiological data accurately.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and infection prevention guidelines.Prior experience in hospital or healthcare laboratory environments is an advantage.
