MicrobiologistQualificationsExperience with aseptic technique, environmental monitoring, and microbiological QC testing preferred.Knowledge of cGMP and compendial testing.Strong laboratory skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.Ability to perform testing independently with minimal supervision.Good data interpretation, documentation, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform environmental monitoring and microbiological testing using aseptic techniques.Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.Analyze and report test results; identify and investigate discrepancies.Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.Support method validation, equipment qualification, and implementation of new procedures.Prepare and update SOPs, protocols, and reports.Work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
