Hiring: Manager / Lead – Microbiology | Formulation & APIWe are looking for an experienced Microbiology Manager to lead microbiology operations for a Formulation & API facility manufacturing Hormonal, High-Potency Drugs and Oral Contraceptives.Qualification: M.Sc. MicrobiologyExperience: Minimum 15 years in Pharmaceutical MicrobiologyCTC: Up to ₹18 LPAKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Microbiology Laboratory Operations for Formulation & API.Manage microbiological testing, Environmental Monitoring and Water Monitoring programs.Ensure timely testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability and cleaning validation samples.Lead OOS, deviations, laboratory incidents, investigations, RCA and CAPA.Review SOPs, specifications, protocols, validation studies, reports and trend analyses.Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and applicable pharmacopeial/regulatory requirements.Drive inspection readiness and support regulatory/customer audits.Ensure effective utilization of LIMS/SAP and compliance of laboratory equipment.Lead, coach and develop the Microbiology team.Candidate RequirementsM.Sc.
