Location: Client Office – OnsiteDuration: 1 Year (Extendable)Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including:Exchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft TeamsManage enterprise email security, governance, and related policies.Ensure compliance, data protection, and security across Microsoft 365 workloads.Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 governance and compliance controls.Enhance collaboration and user adoption through streamlined processes and integrations.Drive continuous improvements in Microsoft 365 user experience, productivity, and collaboration capabilities.Identify opportunities to optimize existing Microsoft 365 environments and services.Provide expert-level administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for Microsoft 365 platforms.Work with stakeholders to ensure Microsoft 365 services meet business and operational requirements.Required Qualifications18+ years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.Extensive hands-on experience administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.Strong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.Proven experience with enterprise email security, governance, compliance, and data protection.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.Experience improving collaboration, user adoption, and productivity through Microsoft 365 solutions and integrations.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical administration skills.
