In this part-time, fully remote role, you will deliver engaging training, develop learning resources, demonstrate productivity use cases, and support the adoption of AI-enabled tools across business functions.The ideal candidate combines technical familiarity with excellent communication and training skills, translating technology capabilities into practical solutions for both technical and non-technical users.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-assisted workplace productivity.Demonstrate practical Copilot use cases in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Develop training guides, presentations, exercises, prompt libraries, and reusable learning resources.Help users create effective prompts and apply AI tools to drafting, summarization, research, reporting, and collaboration.Introduce relevant Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve workflows through automation and AI-assisted processes.Support AI adoption initiatives through demonstrations, onboarding sessions, workshops, and user guidance.Assess learner progress, gather feedback, and refine training materials to improve adoption and practical outcomes.Explain responsible AI practices, including output verification, data privacy, permissions, and information security.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand productivity challenges and recommend suitable Microsoft 365 solutions.Keep training content current with evolving Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Business, Education, Digital Transformation, or a related field is preferred.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365, corporate training, AI adoption, digital workplace solutions, or business process improvement is preferred.Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its practical workplace applications.Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with different levels of digital proficiency.Experience developing training materials, demonstrations, user guides, or workflow documentation.Awareness of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, data governance, and responsible AI use.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Power Platform are advantageous but not mandatory.Comfortable working independently and delivering remote training to distributed teams.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote environment.Opportunities to support enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation.Collaboration with teams seeking practical improvements in productivity and workflow efficiency.A professional environment that values innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.Opportunities to develop AI training programs and help organizations make effective use of Microsoft technologies.
