In this part-time, fully remote role, you will deliver practical training, develop learning resources, demonstrate AI-assisted workflows, and guide users in applying Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform tools to everyday business challenges.The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge with excellent communication and instructional skills. You should be able to explain technical concepts clearly, adapt training to different user skill levels, and identify opportunities to improve productivity through responsible AI use, workflow automation, and low-code solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and relevant Microsoft 365 applications.Demonstrate practical AI-assisted workflows for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, meetings, and communication.Develop training materials, tutorials, exercises, and reusable learning resources.Train users on Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant Power Platform capabilities.Help teams identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.Explain prompt-writing techniques and effective ways to use Copilot in workplace scenarios.Support the development of low-code solutions and workflow prototypes where appropriate.Guide users on responsible AI adoption, data privacy, security, and output verification.Assess learner needs, gather feedback, and adapt training content to improve engagement.Collaborate with IT, business, and operational teams to align training with organizational objectives.Monitor product updates and incorporate relevant Microsoft features and best practices into learning materials.Track training outcomes and recommend improvements to adoption and productivity.Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace training, business process automation, IT support, or a related field preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft 365 Copilot.Understanding of Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional communication skills.Ability to translate technical features into clear, practical business examples.Experience creating training guides, demonstrations, or structured learning materials.Awareness of Microsoft 365 permissions, data governance, and responsible AI practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and support distributed teams.Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.What We OfferFlexible, part-time, fully remote working arrangements.Opportunities to work with evolving AI and business automation technologies.Collaboration with a diverse, internationally focused team.A learning-oriented environment that values practical innovation and continuous improvement.The opportunity to help users adopt Microsoft tools and improve workplace productivity.
