NO (Corp-to-Corp) - Must be able to Work Eastern Time Zone - Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 - FTECBTS is seeking an experienced MS 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Power Platform Solution Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise business applications ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and a proven track record delivering enterprise integrations across business systems.This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design, implement, support, and continuously improve solutions that drive operational efficiency, process automation, data visibility, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Supply Chain ManagementLead solution design, configuration, support, and optimization activities.Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.Configure and support key SCM modules including Procurement and Sourcing,Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Product Information Management, Sales Order Management.Troubleshoot functional issues.Power Platform Solutions Design, develop, and support business solutions.Build low-code/no-code applications to streamline and automate business processes.Create automated workflows that integrate business applications.Develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights.Ensure solutions adhere to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.Integration & Application Connectivity Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical teams to define integration strategies and solutions.Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization failures, and interface exceptions.Support data migration, master data management, and system interoperability initiatives.Participate in solution architecture reviews and technical design discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.Minimum 3 years of experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, planning, and order fulfillment.Experience designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.Experience participating in ERP implementation and enhancement projects.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.Preferred Microsoft Certifications MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant AssociatePL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Success Profile The ideal candidate combines deep Supply Chain Management expertise with strong Power Platform and integration capabilities.
