Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Operations Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Operations Engineer is responsible for the deployment, administration, security, and operational support of the Microsoft 365 environment. The role includes managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity and access management, security and compliance solutions, collaboration platforms, and end-user services while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Viva Suite, and Power Platform.- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.- Configure and support Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview solutions to ensure security, compliance, and data governance.- Implement and maintain security and compliance controls aligned with NCA, ISO 27001, and Microsoft best practices.- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Microsoft 365 services and end users.- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management activities, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).- Monitor Microsoft 365 services, perform health checks, and proactively resolve issues.- Execute change management processes and support service improvements.- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, subscription optimization, and usage reporting.- Support domain integration, migrations, and onboarding of new services and users.- 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Security solutions.- Experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.- Microsoft certifications (SC-300, MS-102, SC-200, SC-400, or equivalent) are preferred. 📧 Interested?
