Microsoft AI Consultant - Hybrid, London (UK based applications only)Own Copilot Studio/Agent Build projects - Up to £80K About the RoleWe’re looking for an Microsoft AI Consultant to help organisations turn AI opportunities into secure, scalable and measurable business outcomes.This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining consulting, solution design, prototyping and delivery. You’ll work with customers to understand business challenges, identify high-value AI use cases and build solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI.You’ll combine low-code and pro-code development to create AI agents, automation and intelligent applications, taking solutions from discovery and prototype through to production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI discovery, envisioning and use-case workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Translate business challenges into practical AI, automation and application solutions.Design and prototype AI agents and solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI.Integrate enterprise systems, APIs and data sources using Azure Functions, custom connectors, MCP servers and APIs.Apply modern AI patterns including RAG, grounding, orchestration and agentic workflows.Develop using C#, Python or TypeScript where pro-code development is required.Produce solution designs, proposals, roadmaps, technical documentation and Statements of Work.Build secure, scalable solutions using AI governance, security, compliance and ALM best practices.Support pre-sales through demonstrations, workshops and technical proposals.Contribute to reusable AI accelerators, reference architectures and best practices.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience in AI consulting, solution architecture, technical consulting or implementation.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, AI agents and generative AI.Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure data services and enterprise integration.Development experience with C#, Python, TypeScript, APIs, Azure Functions or custom connectors.Understanding of MCP, RAG, AI governance, security and responsible AI.Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.Ability to rapidly adopt and apply emerging AI technologies.DesirableMicrosoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or AI-102.Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Search, vector databases or AI evaluation.Experience with GitHub Copilot, AI agents, MCP servers or Declarative Agents.Experience delivering AI adoption or Copilot enablement programmes.Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or the public sector.If you're a Microsoft AI Consultant and interested in this opportunity, why not apply!
