Our Client, a partnership of 12 municipalities - one Electoral Area and one treaty First Nation. That collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services with its core services being drinking water, wastewater treatment and solid waste management.Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.DescriptionThe Microsoft Azure Administrator/Developer in this role will work with the IT team to assist with the deployment, development, and administration of Microsoft Azure tools.ResponsibilitiesThe Microsoft Azure Administrator/Developer will work in collaboration with IT to:Implement integrations using Azure Integrations Services (including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions, and Key Vault) between applications hosted in the cloud and on-premisesImplement/configure API Management with an on-premises API Gateway for a hybrid environmentImplement Azure security for cloud solutions in a hybrid environmentAutomate deployments of solutions between various environments (test, prod, etc.)Configure CI/CD pipelines for Azure solutionsManage Azure environmentsDevelop, deploy, and enforce best practices and standardsDevelop and review Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Logic AppsConfigure Azure DevOps for effective project managementEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contactsProvide advice and assistance on matters related to the workCommunicate effectively orally and in writingPerform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be givenMaintain confidentialityThis Position Will Work AlongsideServer administratorsEnterprise systems and data architectsMiddleware/integration developersQualifications3+ years of experience developing applications and integrations using Microsoft AzureExperience with other Azure services for monitoring and logging integration data flows like Azure MonitorEducation and CertificationsDesired Microsoft certifications:Azure Developer AssociateAzure Solutions Architect ExpertDevOps Engineer ExpertPower Platform Solution Architect ExpertPower Platform Developer AssociateAdditional InformationLooking for meaningful work?
