Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob OverviewThe Microsoft CSP Azure Product Lead reports to the Microsoft CSP Product Manager and is responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and profitability of the Microsoft Azure business across the Gulf region. The role owns the Azure product strategy within the indirect CSP channel and works closely with Microsoft, channel partners, Account Managers, Presales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Operations to accelerate Azure consumption and cloud transformation initiatives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAzure Business StrategyDevelop and execute the regional Azure growth strategy aligned with the overall Microsoft CSP business objectives.Identify market opportunities and define initiatives to accelerate Azure adoption across the partner ecosystem.Monitor industry trends and promote emerging technologies, including AI, data platforms, cloud-native services, security, and infrastructure modernization.Azure Revenue & Consumption GrowthDrive Azure consumption growth and recurring cloud revenue across the Gulf region.Increase the number of active Azure partners and expand Azure business within existing partners.Support partners in identifying and developing new Azure opportunities and workloads.Promote customer expansion through increased cloud usage, modernization projects, and advanced Azure services.Partner Development & SatisfactionImprove partner satisfaction by providing strategic guidance, business planning, and enablement.Build strong relationships with key Azure-focused partners and help them grow their cloud practices.Increase partner engagement through training, workshops, and joint business development activities.Establish and monitor partner success metrics and continuously enhance the partner experience.Microsoft & Go-to-Market CollaborationWork closely with Microsoft to align Azure priorities, incentive programs, funding opportunities, and joint campaigns.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to increase Azure adoption and profitability.Leverage Microsoft investments and programs to maximize business outcomes.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Account Managers to identify new Azure opportunities, support partner growth, and expand existing accounts.Work jointly with Presales teams to design solutions, support technical engagements, and accelerate deal closure.Partner with the Professional Services team to drive Azure Migrate & Modernize initiatives, increasing the number of migration projects, project value, and long-term Azure consumption.Coordinate with Marketing to execute Azure campaigns and demand generation activities.Work with Operations and Marketplace teams to improve Azure ordering processes and partner experience.Marketplace & Process ImprovementPromote adoption of the Logicom Marketplace for Azure transactions.Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to improve marketplace capabilities and simplify the purchasing experience.Identify operational improvements that streamline Azure business processes and reduce partner frictionForecasting & Business PerformanceMaintain visibility into the Azure opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the Microsoft CSP Product Manager.Track business performance, identify risks and growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in Microsoft Azure, cloud business development, product management, channel management, or cloud sales.Strong understanding of Azure services, Microsoft CSP licensing, and cloud commercial models.Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs and incentives.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct reporting authority.Microsoft Azure certifications.Experience with Azure Migrate & Modernize programs and enterprise cloud transformation projects.Knowledge of AI, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, and security workloads.Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or indirect channel partnersRemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
