Location: Edison, New JerseyWork arrangement: OnsiteSalary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary + bonus & benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot & GenAI Solutions Lead to drive the design, implementation and adoption of enterprise AI-powered Copilot solutions.This position combines hands-on technical delivery with solution architecture, strategic consulting and stakeholder leadership.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for generative AI, develop transformation roadmaps and deliver secure, scalable AI solutions across the enterprise.Key responsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design and delivery of Generative AI and Copilot solutionsDevelop custom copilots, AI assistants and agent-based applicationsArchitect solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI FoundryLead stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and AI value assessmentsIdentify opportunities to improve business processes through Generative AIDefine prompt engineering standards, RAG strategies and evaluation frameworksIntegrate AI solutions with platforms including SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow and SalesforceEstablish governance, security, compliance and Responsible AI practicesMonitor solution performance, accuracy and user adoptionMentor developers, architects and consultants across AI technologies and delivery standardsAct as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadersRequired experienceStrong experience delivering enterprise Generative AI or Microsoft Copilot solutionsExpertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot StudioHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI FoundryStrong understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databasesExperience designing cloud-based enterprise solution architecturesKnowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform and Azure Cognitive ServicesExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sourcesUnderstanding of LLM evaluation, optimisation, governance and Responsible AIDevelopment experience with Python, C# or JavaScriptStrong consulting, communication and stakeholder-management capabilitiesPrevious experience leading technical delivery engagements or mentoring technical teamsDesirable experienceMicrosoft FabricSemantic Kernel or comparable AI orchestration frameworksAgentic AI solutionsEnterprise AI adoption and change-management programmesDeveloping AI business cases, ROI assessments and transformation roadmapsThis is an opportunity to lead high-impact Generative AI initiatives and help shape the adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies within a complex enterprise environment.Please apply with an up-to-date resume for further information.
