Job Description

A pivotal role during the implementation phase by translating business requirements into a scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solution. The architect provides overall technical leadership, drives solution design, oversees CRM configuration and customizations, defines integration and data migration strategies, ensures adherence to Microsoft best practices, and governs the successful delivery of the platform.
