Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM DevOps EngineerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob SummaryDXC Technology is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM DevOps Engineer to support the delivery, automation, and lifecycle management of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, automation, and environment administration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.Automate solution deployments, release processes, and environment management using Azure DevOps.Manage CRM solution packaging, deployments, versioning, and application lifecycle management (ALM).Configure and maintain Azure DevOps repositories, branching strategies, YAML pipelines, approvals, and deployment gates.Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Power Platform CLI (PAC CLI), and Azure tools.Support environment provisioning, configuration management, security setup, connection references, and environment variables.Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, solution import failures, dependency conflicts, and pipeline execution errors.Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful releases.Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, release notes, runbooks, and operational procedures.Drive continuous improvement in automation, deployment reliability, security, and delivery efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, DevOps, or Release Management.Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM solution management, Dataverse, managed and unmanaged solutions, and dependency management.Experience with Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and YAML pipelines.Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, security roles, environment strategy, and ALM best practices.Experience managing multiple environments (Development, Test, UAT, Staging, Production).Understanding of DevSecOps practices, security controls, deployment governance, and compliance requirements.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or DevOps.Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.Experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Bicep, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Experience with automated testing and deployment validation tools.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Arabic language skills are a plus.SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMPower Platform & DataverseAzure DevOpsCI/CD PipelinesRelease ManagementApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)PowerShell & PAC CLIGit & Source ControlYAML PipelinesDevSecOpsAzure ServicesProblem Solving & Communication
