Job Role: Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Finance & Project Accounting ConsultantLocation: Abu Dhabi Budget: Up to 18K AEDEmployment Type: 6 Months Contractual (extendable)About the RoleWe are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant with deep functional expertise in core Finance and Project Accounting. In this role, you will lead client implementations, architect business processes, and bridge the gap between operational project management and General Ledger reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional design, setup, and deployment of D365 F&O Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Project Management & Accounting (PMA) modules.Configure complex revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), WIP calculations, project billing models, and proactive budget controls.Conduct fit-gap analyses, document functional requirement specifications (FRS), and deliver solution designs.Collaborate with technical architects on data migration, Power Platform tools, and integrations with D365 Project Operations.Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.Qualifications5+ years of hands-on functional implementation experience with D365 F&O (or AX 2012).Deep functional expertise in Project Management & Accounting (PMA) and core Financials.Solid foundation in accounting concepts (revenue recognition, WIP, cost allocations, project profitability).Microsoft certification preferred (MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant).Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
