Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end implementation and consulting projects.The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in at least one of the following tracks:Retail & Supply Chain Management (SCM)Production & Supply Chain Management (SCM)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O solutions.Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.Configure and implement relevant D365 F&O modules, including Retail, Supply Chain Management, and/or Production Control.Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), test scripts, user guides, and other project documentation.Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.Support data migration, integration, UAT, system testing, and deployment activities.Identify business process improvements and recommend best-practice solutions.Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Minimum of 10 successful end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.Strong functional expertise in one of the following combinations:Retail + Supply Chain ManagementProduction + Supply Chain ManagementStrong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, business processes, configuration, and integration.Proven experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work independently and effectively within a project team.Willingness to travel when required.Preferred / Additional SkillsExperience in Presales, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.Ability to prepare and deliver D365 F&O demos and solution walkthroughs.Experience in RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, estimations, and solution design.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.Experience with Power Platform, integrations, and related Microsoft technologies is an advantage.Send your CV to: A.Mousa@Pioneersit.com
