Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant – SCM (Manufacturing / WMS)Experience: 5-12 YearsLocation: PAN IndiaSkill: D365 F&O SCM + Manufacturing / Warehouse Management (WMS)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and either Manufacturing (MFG) or Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) modules. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of D365 F&O solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O solutions.Configure and support SCM modules including:Procurement & SourcingInventory ManagementProduct Information Management (PIM)Sales & MarketingImplement and support Manufacturing modules such as Production Control, BOM, MRP, Master Planning, and Shop Floor processes.OR implement and support Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS) including inbound, outbound, inventory movement, wave processing, and warehouse configuration.Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Workshops, CRPs, UAT, and End User Training.Prepare FRD, FDD, SOPs, and process documentation.Support data migration, integrations, and go-live activities.Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and process improvements.Must-Have Skills4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX Functional Consulting.Strong hands-on experience in SCM modules.Expertise in either:Manufacturing (Production Control, Master Planning, BOM, Routing, MRP) orWarehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management, Advanced Warehousing.Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation project.Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain and Manufacturing/Warehouse operations.Experience in UAT, training, and stakeholder management.
